Inspire, Support, and Build a Diverse AV Community

Rise AV, built on the success of Rise Women in Broadcast, is committed to real change by attracting talent, providing mentorship and development, fostering education, and embedding diversity into AV business practices.

Launching this May, the Rise AV Mentoring Programme is a free six-month initiative designed to support and empower women in the AV, live, and residential technology sectors. This programme offers personalised mentorship, networking events, skill-building workshops, and expert-led seminars to help you grow your career. Connect with industry leaders, gain invaluable insights, and take the next step in your professional journey.

Rise AV is open to professionals in the AV, Live, and Residential sectors and welcomes individuals from all company types—manufacturers, distributors, integrators, production, events, consultants, end-users, and more—in roles ranging from engineering and project management to sales, marketing, HR, and C-suite leadership.

While our professional development programmes are exclusively for women, our membership is open to everyone—we welcome both men and women who are passionate about creating an inclusive and diverse AV community.
