Peter founded Hewshott in 2002, following a career in live television, large-scale events, conferencing and system integration. He’s drawn to that point where creativity meets engineering — where clarity, reliability and human experience intersect. His cornerstone is a simple idea: technology should serve people, not the other way around. He’s always been drawn to things that work properly — systems that make sense, sound that feels balanced, people who do what they say they will. With a tight-knit team of over 40 worldwide, his role is to clear the path — to support, question and make sure they have what they need to do their best work. When everything works in harmony, people stop noticing the technology and start connecting with each other.
Molly Chow
Executive Director
Vega Global
Molly is the Executive Director for the Northeast Asia Region at VEGA, leading operations across Hong Kong, China, Macau, Korea, and Taiwan. With nearly 30 years at VEGA, she began as Sales Lead for the education market in 1997 and became Chief Operations Officer in 2000. Molly has made significant contributions to the AV industry by building and fostering strong relationships across diverse professional profiles and establishing an extensive network of partnerships to advance the business and the industry. Since 2010, she has spearheaded VEGA’s globalization, positioning VEGA as the largest AV/IT provider in the Asia-Pacific region.
Candice Siow

Lightware
Based in Singapore, Candice has more than 17 years of sales and channel management experience in the audio-visual industry. She is responsible for Lightware’s operations in Southeast Asia and is focus on expanding the company’s presence in the region, working in close collaboration with key stakeholders to deliver a unified corporate message and go-to-market approach. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business Management and a diploma in Sales and Marketing Management. Candice thrives on meaningful connections and enjoys deep conversations with family and friends.
Sand Leung

Sand Leung leads Nova Range Limited as its Managing Director and owner, guiding a consultancy known for Audio-Visual, Acoustics, IT, and Entertainment Technology design across major integrated resorts and performance venues throughout Asia. With more than two decades in the AV field, she values open learning and believes the industry thrives when new professionals are supported and empowered. Sand is driven by a passion for collaboration, curiosity, and helping the next wave of AV talent grow with purpose and confidence.
Sujith Sivaram
Managing Director
ESCO
With more than three decades of experience, he has built his career on strategic leadership and a strong focus on people. Over twenty-seven years at ESCO, he progressed from financial leadership to senior executive roles and now serves as Managing Director. Under his guidance, ESCO has expanded its regional presence and strengthened its market position. He leads close to 600 teammates and champions Diversity and Inclusion within the company and the AV industry.
Maureen Aw

With over 15 years of experience across AV consultancy and end-user roles, Maureen started out as a freelance events tech crew —crawling under stages, hauling gear, and learning AV from the ground up—an early chapter that shaped her practical, solutions-driven approach. Maureen was inducted into InAVate APAC 40 Under 40 Class of 2020 and awarded InAVate APAC Consultant of the Year in 2022. A champion of industry inclusivity, she co-chairs the AVIXA Women’s Council in Singapore and leads with the believe that “In gentle ways, you can shake the world.”

Angela brings over a decade of experience driving strategy, business development, project management, and operational excellence across APAC and the Americas. She has led complex initiatives that strengthen alignment, accelerate growth, and deliver execution with impact. A committed advocate for female leadership, Angela champions mentorship, confidence-building, and helping others find their voice. She believes that meaningful connection and inclusive leadership are essential to shaping a stronger, more balanced AV industry.

Grace Kuo is a respected leader in the LED and visual-technology industry, with deep experience in global sales, market strategy, and cross-regional development. As Chief Strategy Officer at ROE Visual, she shapes long-term strategy, product direction, and global partnerships across touring, broadcast, virtual production, and installation markets. With over a decade at ROE, she has expanded the company’s global presence and strengthened its position as a trusted technology partner, influencing both ROE’s growth and the wider industry.
