Rise AV Mentoring Programme:
BECOME A MENTOR OR MENTEE
A free, six-month initiative empowering women in the AV, live events, and residential technology sectors. Designed for those starting out, within the first six years of their career, or experienced professionals seeking greater confidence and connections, it offers tailored mentoring, training, and networking to accelerate growth.
The programme currently runs in the UK, but watch this space as we plan to launch into APAC and the USA in 2026!

The Rise AV Elevate Programme is a high-impact leadership development initiative designed to build the next generation of senior women leaders in the AV industry.
This 6-week programme is designed by AV women for AV women. Specifically tailored for women who are already making an impact, managing people, stepping into leadership or already leading without having the tools or support to lead confidently.
