Who can apply as a Rise AV Mentee?

This exclusive programme is crafted for ambitious women based in the UK who want to propel their careers to new heights within the dynamic landscape of the AV, live, and residential technology markets.

• The programme is open to ambitious women based in the UK
• In the early stages of their AV career, typically up to six years of experience
• We also welcome women with more extensive industry experience who need to build their confidence and finesse their skills. We are never too old to learn.
• Passionate about advancing their career in the AV, live, and residential technology sectors.
• Working in any role within the industry, including engineering, project management, sales, marketing, HR, consulting, events, manufacturing, distribution, and more.
• In roles ranging from engineering and project management to sales, marketing, HR, and C-suite leadership.

To qualify, you must:

• Be committed to dedicating time, knowledge, and support to your mentee throughout this immersive six-month programme.
• Be based in the UK, as this is a UK-focused mentoring initiative.

Timescales and Agenda

Applications are now open to become a Mentee or Mentor and will close on Monday 31, March.

If your application is successful, you will hear from Rise AV by early April. The programme will start at the end of May and run until November 2025.

The six-month agenda is now available, with key dates for your diary. Just so you know, this is still subject to change until the programme goes live.
