I started as a technician in the pro audio industry in 1982 and went on to be sales engineer in metallurgy instruments which actually became useful later on in the pro audio installation especially for designing metal structure. Then I was recruited to head the data centres business when there was a boom in the 80's, and I learned about power protection for critical equipment. From 1989 onwards, I was the manager in charge of ELV and audio business till I started my company CLS in 1994. Now I am heading Pro Audio business in Ideal Systems after the partnership agreement.

In doing so, I built a vibrant, multi-tiered organisation of 200 employees with sales, marketing, business development, in-house product development, application engineering, technical support and service teams spread across India. I also managed an extended geography that included Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan and Maldives building channels and customer relationships in each of these countries.
